"Goh Teng Yin was absolutely fantastic and showed great professional service as I looked for an apartment in Spore. I was supposed to move to the city in March 2020 to start a new job, and I wanted my living arrangements to be set beforehand. Goh Teng Yin made this very easy on me by taking videos and texting them to me so that I could view the property remotely, and then by mediating between me and the landlord. She stayed in constant contact with updates and logistical information (utilities, regulations, etc.). When Covid-19 pandemic hit, my job and plans were disrupted and delayed. This was were Goh Teng Yin really showed her level of commitment and service. She helped me and the landlord come to an agreement that everyone was happy, and she did much more than I would have reasonably expected an agent to do. All 3 of us were very disappointed by the disruption of our plans and the money involved, but she made it all very easy and friendly. I would strongly recommend her services!"

"It all started in Aug 2016 when we first contacted random agents to assist for a look out of our 1st property in Singapore. We received a reply from an agent that caught our attention, ie: not only a simple reply, yet was followed by details to verify on our background and our needs.
